Arturo originally started working for Zilli Hospitality Group in 2012 on a limited basis but quickly made his impact and was brought on as a full time prep chef for our Grandview kitchen. Arturo love the face paced environment and is skilled at managing large scales of food that is produced in our kitchens. He is passionate about food in general and motivated by ensuring great customer satisfaction.
