Kaylie joined the Zilli culinary team in April 2018 as a Sous Chef for Zilli Lake and Gardens- also known as Coast. By the end of her first season her talent and passion was noticed therefore she was offered the title of Executive Chef of Coast. Kaylie oversees the production, ordering and execution of all events that are held in the two venue spaces; Coast and Miller Room. With over 13 years of culinary experience, Kaylie has always loved the “organized chaos” of catering. She loves to make wonderful food for her clients and takes pride in her work, knowing that these clients are trusting the Coast team with their special day.
