
Rachael started with Zilli Hospitality Group in early March of 2014. She moved back to the Midwest after completing her culinary degree at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. While in New England she worked for two catering companies, one boutique and one high volume. Since working for ZHG, she has successfully applied her unique background in Hospitality & Tourism Management (BBA) and experiences in the culinary and catering field, and is currently Executive Chef at Boerner Botanical Gardens where she creates and executes weekly brunch menus, corporate and private functions and the seasonal fish fry.
