
Sarah started with ZHG May of 2017 working at the café at the Milwaukee Public Museum as a shift lead coming up with daily specials and making homemade soups. In the spring of 2019 she switched kitchens to become apart of the Zilli Lake and Gardens Team as a Production Chef while also Executing and overseeing events in both Coast and Miller Room. Her passion of cooking comes from being in the kitchen with her family growing up with a multitude of culinary influences.
