Ufuoma started at Zilli’s Hospitality Group in June of 2005 as a product/road chef. In his first 3 years, he spent a lot of time in the Waukesha kitchen learning the ins and out of catering working with are former Executive chef Roberto. Ufuoma also spent some time working in or other locations learning from our other chefs like Rachael, Matt D as well as Caroline. This last year he was promoted to Sous Chef then to Executive Chef after Roberto went on his new adventure in life. Right now he oversees production in Waukesha and his passion for food is even greater then before. Ufuoma wants nothing but success for himself and our team not only in the Waukesha Kitchen but company wide.
