ZHG was the best gift we could have gotten when planning our wedding. To start we would like to give a huge thank you to Deanna and Charmaine for always being available and welcoming for any questions that we both had throughout the process. From the very beginning Charmaine made us feel welcomed and excited about the wedding. We had our Wedding at The Miller Room downtown Milwaukee, and we cannot say enough great things about the venue. The outdoor ceremony was beautiful and set up perfectly with the most gorgeous backdrop of Lake Michigan and the Milwaukee Art Museum. When we first were getting in groove of planning ZHG had me and my husband fill out a questionnaire. This turned out to be one of the most important and helpful items we received during the entire planning process. This questionnaire made us feel like we were in control of how everything was going to go for the wedding with the guidance and knowledge of a non-biased party. This is something we both think sets ZHG apart from their competitors and would highly recommend using them in future for any of your events! We worked with Charmaine and Deanna for the majority of our wedding planning and enough good things cannot be said about the both of them. Charmaine was exceptional to work with from picking out our venue to all of the final details that mattered to us. She was always quick to respond to questions and explain our options. Deanna was also quick to respond to any communication which was much appreciated as the wedding day was approaching. She took all of the stress off of us when we had last minute changes and was accommodating to all of our asks. We cannot say thank you enough to the wonderful staff at Zilli who made our wedding day the best day ever. The food was exceptional and the staff was kind and professional. If I could give the Zilli Hospitality Group staff at The Miller Room ten stars I would! Our experience with the Zilli Hospitality Group staff was phenomenal from start to finish. Deanna was organized, professional, and very responsive to (and patient with!) our many questions, changes and revisions. Most importantly, she was always warm and friendly, as were all of the event staff. Stephanie Zilli, our event manager, and Kandy, his assistant, went above and beyond the day of the celebration to make sure everything went smoothly. David, the executive sous-chef, prepared delicious meals that were served efficiently by Egan, Jesus, Jennifer, Antoinette, Ethan, Timmia, Kate, Peter, and Rion. Bartenders Courtney, Gina, and Holly were fantastic. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful venue this is for a wedding ceremony and celebration!
