We have 10,000 sq. ft. of event space to use and make uniquely your own. The facility rental fee is for the entire building which includes Lounge, two large Full Service Bars, Banquet Hall, Dance Area, Bridal Suite, Groomsmen Suite, Coat Room, 3 large screen TV’s & Outdoor Patios.

Capacity

Terrace 167 can accommodate up to 400 guests. All drink service must use Terrace 167 (carry-in beverages are not allowed). We have several customizable bar packages available. Please contact us for our list of bar packages.  Valet Parking for weddings with greater than 200 guests.

• We could not recommend Terrace 167 highly enough! Even though I’m sure Terry had many other couples to deal with at the same time she consistently made us feel like a priority and was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. Overall our wedding at Terrace 167 was everything we had hoped for and more. Our guests still can’t stop talking about how stunning the venue was and how amazing and attentive all of the staff were. We really can’t thank them enough!
