Meet Sharon Siegel Langer

Sharon Siegel Langer Sharon has attended cooking classes with some of the most renowned kosher chefs in the country like Jeff Nathan of Abigael’s in New York, Levana Kirschenbaum of Levana’s New York and David Kolotkin of Prime Grill Miami.

Sharon’s father, Norton, was the Cantor of Beth El Ner Tamid Synagogue, building strong beliefs and tradition with his family from the time they were quite young.

Norton frequently invited guests over to share some of Sharon’s mother’s famous holiday meals and delicious family specialties passed down from family to family.

Globally Trained

Sharon’s love for cuisine grew when she and her husband, Dan (a born cheesehead), traveled the world to experience a variety of culturally diverse foods, many of which she took back to Wisconsin with her.

A Humble & Thorough Approach to Kosher Cooking

After becoming a mother, Sharon began catering and providing the lunch program for her two girls’ school, which led to interest in contemporary kosher cooking. The rest, as they say, is history!
