In 2003, Choua joined Zilli Hospitality Group and has proved to be a very versatile team member. Choua played an integral role in assisting Todd Garvens in opening and managing a café at one of our venues. Currently raising a family, Choua handles special projects for Stephen Zilli, continues to manage events and oversees staff development.
